Introduction
Curriculum Philosophy
This course is a new program developed in accordance with the philosophy that the education system must be the lead factor in the development of economic, social and political systems. Therefore, the desired educational administrators and school administrators in the future must be leaders in transforming the education system to develop quality people to drive the economy, society and politics with innovation for sustainable development.
Curriculum Rationale
Amidst the drastic changes in the economy, society, environment and technology in the modern world; therefore, the education system needs to be changed radically in order to gain new quality people to be able to meet the current changes and be the future change leaders. Such changes require educational leaders with leadership and educational management capabilities which will be an important mechanism for driving the education system at both the national and international levels. Therefore, the Doctor of Philosophy Program in Educational System Management Leadership (International Program) is a proactive program for creating educational administrators and school administrators in accordance with the philosophy of the program that aims to create new knowledge and networks at the international level in order to raise the standard of school administrators to be better understanding and visionary who can bring new findings to develop the country as well as ASEAN region.
Objectives of the program
To create doctorate graduates with leadership in educational system administration and research in order to develop educational system administration to have the power to transform education system. So that quality people can be developed in order to develop economic, social and political systems with innovation that leads to sustainable development.
To create new knowledge and educational administration innovation to transform the education system that improve quality people in the development of economic, social and political systems.

Student qualifications
Program Type 1.1
- 1. Graduated with a Master degree from a national or international institution that accredited by the Commission on Higher Education of Thailand.
- 2. Have experiences in Educational Management and / or research in Educational Management.
- 3. Have an English proficiency test result according to the criteria set by Chulalongkorn university.
- 4. Other qualifications as announced by the Chulalongkorn university Graduate School which will be announced annually or the curriculum committee considered the qualifications and justify the appropriate for the admission.
Program Type 2.1
- 1. Graduated with a Master degree from a national or international institution that accredited by the Commission on Higher Education of Thailand.
